I think investors/MMs are reacting to there being no news of financials today with a small selloff into the close. We've been treading water between .019 and .021 for most of the day (the dip lasted 10 minutes). It will be interesting to see if the filing comes out 10min before EOD or filed tonight/tomorrow morning/tomorrow AH.
