That is dirty business. The fact of the matter is: If SNEY doesn't realize some revenues, or even acquire some assets through production then this stock goes nowhere. More dilution occurs and the share price suffers.

If the co cannot afford to pay taxes on its product then it is not economically viable for the co to produce that particular product. What is the co waiting for while stockpiling? Higher gold/REE prices? Good luck, that's a gamble. Lower mining taxes in SL? Yea right.

Let me guess...the co is waiting to be current to sell any product.
