I believe what has to be said here is that the new president put this oil package together, made sure all the lease holders were satisfied the work and new production could take place, as if any truth about the past, we know the past did not put the lease agreement together, therefore the owners felt that this new president is well established to complete the entire work over and get the wells producing.
