DRWN is Richard Astrom, his son-in-law Damon Guthrie is the CEO of USNL that diluted everyone into the ground. Astroms are bad news. They even have their own board of frauds they pulled in the past.

On April 11, 2012, the Board of Directors elected Richard Astrom President of the Company, replacing Frank Castellano, who served as President until that date.

Mr. Astrom is 64 years of age and became a director of the Company on April 27, 2010. He previously served as President of the Company from April 27, 2010, until January 30, 2012. Mr. Astrom has served as an officer and director of public companies for well over a decade and understands reporting requirements and the necessity of internal controls. Since September 2001, he has served as an officer and director of Milwaukee Iron Arena Football Inc. From 1995 through June 2007, Mr. Astrom served as President and Chief Executive Officer of National Realty and Mortgage, Inc. He also served as a director of Capital Solutions I, Inc. until December 2007 whereupon he resigned his position in connection with an exchange transaction described in Form 8-K filed with the SEC by Capital Solutions on December 10, 2007. Mr. Astrom earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami.
