Bill Miller & Ken Ash filed suit to get control of the shell. The parties were not served properly. The former directors resigned a month before the suite was filed. The current people are just as inconpetent since they didn't answer the suit. Sad both parties.
The court didn't make KA an officer or a director, he was ordered custodian and ordered to have a shareholders meeting. Where is the shareholders meeting? What don't you get?
