Love the volume so far today! I think we see the stock getting hit hard sometime this afternoon. Could see the start of a run this afternoon in anticipation of the release of news. Keep in mind that last week EVDR had apparently signed the contract for ASCC and was awaiting the wire transfer. Normally when a sale takes place the purchasing company has 7 business days to transfer the funds. So my best guess is that the news of the sale should be out by Friday this week-Tuesday of next week. JMO
