Regarding Walgreens, the following explanation will be very long... just thought it wise to warn folks in advance.

I haven't heard back from either the company or Walgreens regarding the nature of the company's relationship with Walgreens but spoke with another "longtime holder" from the original days of Hybrid Fuels and his interpretation (summarized in my own words) was as follows:

Only two PR's (Feb. 21 & Feb. 23) ever IMPLIED the existence of any formal vendor-agreements (i.e. contracts, etc.) that have been reached with those representing Walgreens' Florida's retail outlets. They can be accessed at the links below.

Since there is nothing in either of those press releases to suggest the actual existence of any such contracts, many people - including many posters here - have taken to bashing the company and declaring that they're nothing more than a bunch of liars (I myself have been asking a lot of questions of late, but not because I hope to expose them as a fraud; rather I hope to exert some pressure on the company to begin performing, and INFORMING as it should).

Consider the wording of the PR from Feb. 21 - "Nouveau Life Pharmaceuticals... announced today that the CEO met with Walgreens representatives and received approval to sell Azul Instant™ beginning in the Florida market."

"...received approval...". What does this mean? One thing's for sure and that is that it can lead, and has indeed led, to widespread speculation and the drawing of conclusions on the part of those who read these releases (and I'm as guilty of this as any). "Received approval" is simply not binding language; it does NOT directly state that any formal agreements were struck. For all we know, "received approval" could mean that the execs agreed over beers on somebody's boat that it sounds like a good idea - one to pursue.

Secondly, the same PR goes on in the second paragraph to state, "We are excited by Walgreen's decision and are confident in our ability to deliver to one of the nation's largest drug store chains. After we launch in the Florida catalog with Walgreens, we will aggressively penetrate the East Coast, followed by the West Coast and then Midwest." "Decision" is not specific; "... confident in our abilty to deliver..." and "... after we launch..." are each forward-looking and are the very type of statement that is typically covered under disclaimer.

The PR from Feb. 23 likewise states, "The Company recently announced that Walgreens has approved the sale of the product and sales are expected to be generated from the national drug store chain within the next month." "... sales are expected to be generated..." is, again, forward-looking.

Therefore my friend's interpretation of the mass hysteria that has set in because the company has seemingly lied to us is that we have no one to blame but ourselves for allowing the self-imagined hype we all wanted to believe in to drive our greed to the point that we now view the sky as falling (just as Chicken Little did) simply because the product is not yet being sold in Walgreens' Florida-based stores, as we believe they promised.

I don't like the way things have been going, and I'm as tired of fluff-press as anyone (don't even get me started on the paid-promoters), however it does not appear that the company has done anything wrong. Speculation and conclusion are things that many of us have engaged in unfortunately, and when we don't like what we see and hear it's easiset and most convenient to pin it on the company.

So for those who don't have the stomach, it's probably best to settle up and move on. But for those, like myself, who are in this for the stretch run... patience.

P.S. Their financial disclosures were for year-end, 2011. Let's not forget that they were a shell up until that point. They have continued to make the minimum filings required to remain current on the OTC/Pinks, and they continue to issue press-releases that, although they drive us all crazy, hint at a plan that none of us are privy to and therefore none of us truly comprehends.

I don't like the atmoshpere surrounding this company at the present time, but much of that has to do with me and how I react and respond to what I see and hear.

Have a good day, all.
