Celebration time, 10k will be out this week! Fact supporting my statement?

"...its independent registered public accounting firm requires additional time to complete its review of the financial statements for the period ended December 31, 2011 to be incorporated in the Annual Report."

You can call the accounting firm and inquire if it's done. It's not insider info!
