Customer pays shipping, just like every other business in the world... LMAO btw, in the real world of business, even when companies advertise free shipping, the customer is still paying it, only it is hidden in the price of what ever they are buying...

Same general rule for sales tax... though, that's the beauty of internet sales, out of state customers are not required to pay sales tax....
