Seems to me that BRVO still needs some cash (especially with the gorilla marketing plans they announced). So, I'm not convinced they won't stay the course with their dillution plans/schedule. Of course, the good news part is that they'll get more cash by selling those shares on the open market--provided the share price stays above .36.
