With keeping in line with the changes to the fiscal year(Jan.31st), does anyone think this merger/acquisition will not be completed(officially at least )until April 30th?? That would be the end of the first quarter.

I do believe the Merger has already taken place but wonder if the official date will be April 30th?

Just a thought!
