Unbelievable but natural, before Velatel’s closing
potential becomes reality at any moment in time,
even NBT’s Tobin Smith is preferably promoting
the Indonesian XcelMobility Inc. (XCLL) with its
strategic cooperation with ZTE for the internet
adequate 4G by 500% faster and that for a
population 237 millions.
Something all the disappointed VELA-Investors
by Velatel’s scam-fantasies could only dream
about, but for sure most will patiently wait
until VELA becomes definitely closing ZERO !
