Agreed. I do think TS does to some extent guide our pps; not so much on what he says, but on what he doesn't say. Some people (me included) fear his losing interest in neom, which would certainly hurt the pps. I don'[t think he could say buy and have the pps skyrocket again like he once did; but he could say sell, and have the pps plummet. However, he truly believes that this is a 1.25 to 1.50 pop potential, and that's great news to me. Because that would be a wonderful reward to all of us who've been here from the beginning.

I think TS is as surprised as the rest of us that this hasn't happened yet, but when you think about it, what are a few months when you're talking about 1000 percent rewards?
