OK. I gotcha now, sorry I was confused earlier.

Now thats logical except for the valuations per share of HBRM even pre-dilution IMO. Before the last filing I had a maximum logical pps price range calculated, and others did too, based on Herborium financial worth and condition. My figure was .003-.005 maximum, I think dc dude had pegged .005 as well. This was pre last HBRM filing.

Have you read the latest filing? Now the shares are worth even less per unit and even moreso likely as they are likely diluting in the current moment...

I mean why wouldnt you when the market pps is so high and you have already raised the A/S right?

Does the "deal" for another proposed vodka drink add value to the company? I mean, the herbal acne and horny she-goat herbs and others did bring in what, about 37K last quarter and thats a start, but what warrants Herborium being worth 5 or even 10M?

Its worth 1.5M in goodwill and assuming 1.5M debt, 3M, tops.

They have at least 1.4M of debt due currently, revenues that cannot offset the costs of revenue, and diluted to pay their salaries in the past quarter.

Vodka herb infused drink, hah. Share buyback 100M shares of your own diluted shares at 13x the price you got for the 113M you just put on the market?

Really? Id give that a double hah hah rah rah if that even made any sense there....

That makes no sense Maj. Do you read filings? How can HBRM buyback shares they have already put on the market much much cheaper if they are NOT currently diluting in the float at much higher valuations?

CHRI is not funding this bro, I can guarantee you that and if I am wrong I will publically roast myself and eat the biggest plate of crow you ever saw.
