MEXP filed the forms with the Co SOS. That's the procedure to follow once the "vote" takes place.

There are a number of ways to get to the point of filing with the SOS once the decision to raise the a/s was approved.

One good transparent way of raising the a/s is to press release the intent and state the reason for doing so and the purpose. This gives the public plenty of advance notice to decide if the information presented is justified. They can then determine if they want to remain a shareholder.

Finding out the increase was voted, approved and filed with the Co SOS after the fact is not quite so transparent. There was more to this somewhat shady approval. It has all been posted here. I wont bore anyone with those details. If anyone doesn't know all about it, go back and read the posts where that information has been discussed.

VF unselfishly posted the link to the SOS for all shareholders to check for an increase if they were so inclined. Whether anyone used the link or not is not the case here obviously someone did use it and the increase to the A/S was made public.

While on the topic VF ALSO unselfishly shared the mexp share structure information SHE obtained from madison stock transfer right here on this thread. Everyone had the opportunity to make the calls to the t/a THEMSELVES. I find it ironic that some here enjoyed the fact that someone else provided due diligence to those too lazy to make the calls themselves and THEN, criticize and even accuse VF of wrongdoing when the numbers provided were not what some wanted to see or hear. It was something she shared with everyone here. How many times must it be stated that everyone needs to VERIFY the information presented? Laziness is not justification for disbelief of information. imo
