I'm reading numerous posts claiming "The News Coming anyday with a media/marketing giant to put products all over the place".. I understand the SEC has been made aware of this info being publicly disseminated by 3rd parties, how do you think it will go over if the company really does publish that as news?

don't you think Tom's in enough trouble now and under regulatory scrutiny without adding to his woes?
