The walmart corruption scandal will have nothing to do with MSLP. That is for sure, but after looking and studying some things here back a bout 17 months ago this company had 385 million shares issued and outstanding. 17 months later we are at 1.4 billion shares outstanding. Everyone is asking where are the shares coming from. They used that additional billion shares for the executives and obviously to raise monies. They paid off their convertibles supposedly but the extra billion shares are still in the system and obviously have been dumping. My opinion for what it is worth is that they will not dilute anymore, but it will take a bit of time for these shares to be absorbed. The executives have about 500 million so the other 500 million diluted to make the 1.4 billion as it stands today are all the shares being sold. When you do business with these venture capitalists for funding the company gets screwed and the shareholders get doubly screwed. WE are in the middle of the screwing and with revenues and profits building as they are without any more dilution this should do very well. I think it will take until 2nd quarter numbers come out with profits then maybe we will move. If these bastards dilute anymore then .03 is the high it will ever be. Someone has to reason with these pigs.
