I never said fins. The company can file material events on OTCMarkets but can not pr to the same effect.
There are restrictions to filing fins of a newly merged entity during a merger approval. If the merger has not been sanctioned by Finra as yet then font expect to see or hear anything until that point.
As for today's price action. BCAP held a lot of shares here in relation to a 405 D funding deal. Say what you want about MD but IMO he is your seller and is likely putting the funds towards completion of some big time material events going on at BCAP.
Don't believe the hype. There is a reason for it.
IMO if you are patient and you are in BCAP and or RIGH you will be just fine. It would be hard for any company to live up to the uninformed and unrealistic expectations of the imob.
