I HAVE INVESTED A GOOD TWO HOURS TO PREPARE THIS FOR MY FELLOW INVESTORS, I HOPE IT IS APPRECIATED!

I had a wonderful conversation with the president of XXXX; he is a super nice guy.

The partnership that he has put together with MCLN which has already been made public, his company and the GPO in his mind there has never been anything done like it before in the medical waste industry. They are very optimistic about it and they are seeing some very early traction.

I asked him what it is about this program that makes it so different than all the other programs out there today.

He replied
This is a program with one of the largest GPO’s in the country specifically tailored to alternate sites, meaning not hospitals.
There is a central group purchasing organization and they have members of that organization and those members are at least 100,000 strong and they represent everything from small doctors’ offices to large health care networks.

Med clean was working with this GPO but they had no real outlet to offer medical waste collection to their non-acute care members.

I asked him what he considers early traction

He replied:
This GPO has 100,000 members in the health care community and their job is to bring local medical waste disposal and collection to those 100,000 members and farm that work out to the IMTWA members.

I told him that MCLN was already working with those members

He replied
MCLN was working with those members on a hospital level why don’t you get the non-acute care.
I am expecting to be closing deals this week already.

They are going to come quickly, they are smaller deals but they will come quickly. The difference between what we do and what they do is they are selling expensive equipment to hospitals and we are selling medical waste disposal services to everybody but hospitals, we close 10, 20, 30 deals a day.

I asked what is the average size deal that you close.

He replied the average deal varies anywhere from $5k-100k per deal

In short, they feel very good about their association with MedClean, and their partnership.

Based on my conversation with him, I believe IMTWA is going to make some major headway very soon and he believes there will be some major impact shortly.
Since this GPO has 100,000 members in the health care community and their job is to bring local medical waste disposal and collection to those 100,000 members and farm that work out to the IMTWA members and who is it that sponsors the entire IMTWA?

MEDCLEAN TECHNOLOGIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I SEE PROCESSING CENTER ON THE HORIZON AND LOT’S OF $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

This has nothing at all to do with selling systems to hospitals.

Anything pertaining to the other part of the business which is selling large systems was not part of our discussion.
However, I feel very optimistic that since MCLN was responsible for the creation of IMWTA and the partnership with Med Pro, they must be laterally working on implementing a similar plan of action for the large systems and servicing hospitals.

All the previous work that was done by the management team at E-Research and with the same expertise has been carried forward to MCLN.

Rome was not built in a day and they are too busy to worry about shareholder value.
They are on the right track just keep the faith good time to load up because we should be hearing positive news soon.

This gentelman I spoke to does not have any shares in MCLN.
