How could Darbie NOT do this? how could this have been allowed to stand? Under a court order? SURELY THIS IS EASILY RECTIFIABLE. (the 240 +/- million shares). again, WE SHAREHOLDERS TOOK A BIG HIT on equity values when the O/S was raised so dramatically for these shares - it should be RECTIFIED asap.
