with all due respect - to each their own...I took cash got 1000 more shares with the cash than straight conversion and have made 4x money so far...lesson learned from those who adamantly swore our Attorneys slam dunked the litigation, we were going to be debt not equity....good luck waiting on Block & appeals while i put the money to work
