21stcentury, If I recall the 14 mil was related to the 81 mil shares that CCE was going to purchase in the original deal.

Right now IMO everything would be pure speculation. I think we just have to wait for the "final" deal to be announced.

I will not be surprised if the pps drops,
one thing I have learned is not to try to out think market sentiment especially in the penny stocks.
