Response: Yes, Home Health International, Inc. is a new organization that was formed here in the U.S. to acquire home health care agencies throughout the U.S. The Company acquired a new public entity in an effort to establish its name in a public market and allow investors to obtain the ability to experience upside potential related to the Company's stock.

The Company received shareholder and board approval to amend its Articles of Incorporation to change its name to Home Health International Inc. This change was approved by FINRA and became effective on March 26, 2012.

I would expect to be seeing PR's released on a regular basis as HHII continues to get recognized and to grow.
