They prob realized that their a/r were coming in yet the pps of what they traded it for was remaining low. The reverse of buyers remorse setting in for them now. Maybe they thought they could move on up from one of the crummy parts (where one of the two owns a cheap condo) of Palm Beach county over onto "the island".
