It isnt tanking. We are at a new low but the volume is dismal. Someone just out playing games. Bid whacking it back so they can make more money on the upcoming news. When this hits the mainstream media the PPS will climb. Not extreme but it will tick up to .0048 or .005. If this was tanking the volume would be much larger than what it is now. Its easy for MM to make money at times of little interest. If the volume stays under 20 million and especially under 10 million the moves in PPS arent really showing much more than game playing.
