Y'all are ridiculous. This is the classic play of buy on rumor, sell on news. People are taking their profits, flippers are getting out with big gains, that is all.
The company agreed to increase the A/S to use as a bargaining chip for negotiations in the future. They are not diluting, and if you're selling on that panick, then you're going to regret it in the near future.
This company is real, their product is excellent, and their growth into a multi billion dollar a year industry is unlimited. This stock and company have no where to go but up.
