That JUDGE has so far shown a marked lack of stupidity..esp in the face of the SEC interest and the Trustees arguments. Not to mention RYLES and his so-far half-assed protests.

RYLES needs to provide some particulars even though he would expose himself to some degree as a once INONIT...now out of favour.
