It is possible that the present shareholders would keep all their shares.

But LUBBOCK people would be the majority shareholders. (ONLY about 110 million outstanding on CEXI now) (including restricted not yet on CEXI)

The most important thing to remember is that the present shareholders, including MP, JB and even GEMINI would keep their shares.
THE LONGs would keep their shares also, thus eliminating a possible source of trouble. I cannot see JEN and all of the other PP holders and other LONGs keeping quiet. Even though the LONG board is now showing apparent indifference.

Remember that GEMINI has stated that there is (some) potential in CDEX.

MP has been quiet other than refusing to agree to allowing the so-called "plan" to go forward, thus (giggle) "FORCING" (giggle) the BK. The "plan" was to sell more PPs,etc, which was already not working. Getting shed of all the creditors by BK might help that "plan" along.

NO WAY would GEMINI nor MP, etc, recover any significant money from CDEX anyway unless they could sell PPs or borrow money to pay with. No chance that selling "product" would EVER do more than just partially furnish operating money. So they are not losing a damn thing by having their debts erased..if they can keep their shares.

But they need the JUDGE to allow the 1.5 million from the LUBBOCK Boys as seniour debt to all others. Then after a time, they can foreclose and own the company.

JB and them will need to "sell" a few IG4s to help the cause AFTER the judge agrees to let them borrow that money. Then the judge can release the BK.. EVERBODY will thus live semi-happily, or happily ever after..except the CREDITORS..
