They're clearly not a scam. They do however have 1.4 billion O/S and 2.5 billion A/S. That's where my concern comes in given their history (even though I agree, they shouldn't need to at this point), especially if the master dilutors VFIN and VERT are around. A few weeks ago someone on here said in order to move to a higher exchange (which is their plan), 2.5 billion common shares were required. I don't know if that holds any truth, but if so, they would need to convert to O/S and this would be the perfect time for them to do so with this news. Just some thoughts...
