could also be viewed as good thing, AMIN is overall quiet right now, calm before the storm!? typically when insiders buy their own stock its construed as a positive, forward looking gesture. I don't know anyone that would intentionally buy a failed, or dying stock/company especially their own. If the insider buying is a ruse, to show insider activity to encourage investors to consider buying That Is Illegal not to mention Under SEC watchdog eyes once filed... IMO keep watching AMIN, they will not go un noticed for much longer as Dror continues to move forward with AMIN and subsids. Good luck to you.
