yeah... but when comparing an indefinite deal and one time 250k fee + 10% to 30%... looking at it from a business man's perspective, which is more appealing? Do a 3 year average with an average of $3 mill sales at 10% + 250k, 30%, 50% and 70% and see which one makes the company more money. 30% is what they could get from any standard dropshipper on the intertubes and they could probably get 50% and I would imagine they could keep 70% if they did it all themselves.

It is an absolutely terrible deal and to say that 10% is good on this is insano in the braino.... unless there is something we don't know

The nature of this deal is ALSO in question IMHO.... it is not like they sought out an expert in the business.... it appears that they brought on people who have no idea about shirt selling or internet fulfillment. Buddies... friends... co-owners... They brought in guys that are not fulfillment experts, but people that seem to be good at moving money around in micro caps in interesting ways. IMO they appear to be pumpers and toxic financiers... not shirt makers. Shoot... I found a FULL ORDER LIST from when mpsportswear.com was it's own website. Names.. addresses... sportsbra sizes... the whole deal. That was an amateur hour move IMO. This is all IMO.

IMO... the creation of Musclepharm Sportswear LLC as a separate organization would appear to make it easier to move money from a strictly audited vehicle to a less strictly audited vehicle with less reporting standards. I am not saying this is the case..... just saying that they all hang out together... party together.. they all own the same business (MSLP) and it might not be out of line... given the lack of detail that we have... that they all are involved in other lines of less reported businesses together.... like Musclepharm Sportswear. All fictional speculation.

They MUST know that 10% is stupid ridiculously low rate and there has to be a reason that this was agreed to. In the experience I have had with apparel, I am pretty sure I would start a full time business ONLY dropshipping for MSLP and would offer them 50%.

ALL MY OPINIONS. Do your own DD
