TWDL - Texas Wyoming Drilling Inc

Are we finally done TWDLing our thumbs?

Well we finally have all the financials up to date and filed on TWDL and I must say that the Annual Report for 2011 didn't look half bad. Together, this concentrated effort to come into compliance along with the encouraging press releases of March 8, which indicated promising assay results, and February 21, which announced that audits were underway in order to move up to the OTCQB tier, has me believing that we are really close to finally hitting pay dirt here. The recent 2 for 1 forward split seems to cinch the score, as there really would have been no purpose to that exercise if something wasn't going to happen.

The TWDL Yellow Jacket and Blue Jacket gold mines were once reportedly owned by Howard Hughes, who acquired them for mineral exploration. He passed away before he started the project, and TWDL has since acquired them. Last October, TWDL reported three surface assay results with extremely high gold samples of up to 1.26 oz per ton. If these type of results continue to come in, then there is a chance that there is a significant mine here. As it is, there is more than enough speculative value to foster a large promotion, especially when you consider that TWDL recently announced that it has also found platinum at its Blue Jacket mine.

TWDL, like previously heavily promoted NSRS, is headquartered in Las Vegas and its core gold properties are located in Nevada, within historically rich gold regions, just like NSRS. The stock has just completed a forward split, just like NSRS had immediately executed prior to its promotion. With the end of the SNPK promotion upon us, I would once again speculate that this deal could be one that would interest Awesome Penny Stocks and certainly one that they would do very well with.

With 221 million shares reported as issued and outstanding in the float, Awesome or any other promoter could certainly make hay out of this stock especially since very little stock appears to be for sale under 5 cents. In the last week, the number of market makers on the bid has begun to increase again.

There is no doubt in my mind that TWDL is set-up for a promotion, which has only been delayed until the filing requirements were fulfilled. Now that those achievements have been realized, it is only a matter of time. With the relatively low float and promotability of this stock, I told you before that, at these prices, I don't care if I have to wait months for the promotion. I now think, more than ever, that the promotion will be soon upon us and at a minimum, you should be accumulating this stock here. But as always, do not chase the stock. Buy a little and then sit on the bid.

My pride and joy, LUXR, continues to astound the street with its performance and the couple of hundred of you who claim to be holding the stock off my alert of last month are now ahead better than 100%. It might be time for some of you to move into a free stock position, although I couldn't blame you if you decided to continue on the ride. After all, I haven't seen neither hide nor hair of a promotion yet, although there are rumors of a hard mail campaign out there now. If any of you have seen this hard mailer, I would appreciate a scanned copy emailed to me. Remember, you heard about LUXR here first and we'll count this one as a big winner.

GEAR continues to hover around the two cent range as even my most ardent critics agree that something big must be happening here soon. That is obvious. About the only thing we can do is sit around and wait.

PSPF is quiet and that is no surprise. There is nothing to do but wait and see whether the shareholder group that is trying to work with Bank of America on bringing the company back to life can be successful. I think that it is worth a shot. The stock has drifted 50% but it is only on $520 worth of trades, hardly a sell-off and another indication that the stock is tightly held.

With a tight float and obviously few sellers, PSPF looks ripe for some sort of new project. I will remind you however, that while the end rewards can be terrific, it is possible that nothing will come of this. Still with only 22 million shares last reported to be in the float out of the 83 million shares last reported as issued and outstanding, there is the potential for great upside.

Last week's huge news came from SMNG, which announced that the Company has received official notice from the Guinea government of renewal of the Company's exploration license for the Siguiri property. Then, as if us long suffering shareholders haven't been tortured enough, the fools at SMNG have decided to be extra late with their now overdue financials and now have an "E" added to the end of their symbol. That "E" will come off when the financials have been brought up to date. In my book, getting "E"ed is an indication of management neglect, and there is never an excuse for it. That having been said, I believe that the financials will be filed and the ducks will be put in a row and a giant promotion is forthcoming. I'm hanging on no matter how long it takes.

HPCS, which I alerted two weeks ago, is seeing a surge in volume and swings in share price and it feels like the predicted promotion may soon be upon us.

Investment grade company, INHC, released year end financials this week and reported revenues from its US Army contracts of almost $5 million. The company also reported a 50% decrease in losses. I believe that this is one of those long term investments kids, and with only 14 million shares issued in this real company, one day we are going to wake up and find this thing way over a buck...or two...or five. Collect this one. Put it away and forget about it.

DEAC also released annual financials this week and report revenues of about $1.5 milllion. I think that a promotion on this one is inevitable and will occur just as soon as a little more insider stock becomes unrestricted. There seems to be buyers for any stock in the 15 cent range and I think that those with patience will be well rewarded.

Going into Monday, I hold positions in:

HPSC | PPBL | PSPF | LUXR | PNAM | OVIT

TWDL | CURX | HEMP | GEAR | INHC | FORC

TGTX | DEAC | BISU | SMNG | WLOL
