Keep an eye on her realestate taxes i think their due this month see if she pays if not, may be able to buy it for taxes due in a few years, I do not think she is going to be able to lease it in this economy and fuel price range that the USA is in and things are not getting any better no matter how the news spins it,one of the few things that are going to get better in value is Metals that is why i am in and Looong...GO CGFIA IT IS A NEW DAY...
