Hypebuster - “the court date(which has NOTHING to do we [sic] rcch).”

My comment – The SEC v. Gendarme case has the following verbiage. You may want to familiarize yourself with the allegations in the cause of action.

g. RCC Holdings, Inc. (“RCCH”): From September 2008 through January 2009, Gendarme acquired RCCH shares from the issuer. From September 2008 to June 2009, Gendarme sold more than 2.1 billion of these RCCH shares for more than $210,000.

Minnesinger and Anvil probably disagree with you also about the court date having NOTHING to do with RCCH; you may want to check with them.

Minnesinger - That's an interesting commentary, Anvil...
Especially when viewed in the light of RCCH's last known financial statements.........
So, in light of your commentary, Anvil, is it possible that Newton was selling shares to Gendarme to settle the company's loan obligations -- namely to himself? Could Newton's personal tax records verify bona fide financial transactions which would corroborate that real dollars were loaned to the company by Newton himself? Could his tax records verify the source of those funds?
These are questions which definitely pique my interest. I hope they pique the interest of Mr. Mitchell and Mr. Pendrey, so that these interesting coincidences can be reconciled in the SEC's investigation of Gendarme.

My comment - Castell, positive events are coming. I am willing to wait for the District Court findings or the out of court settlement (more likely imo because of the defense legal costs involved) if that occurs first. I will be more willing to speculate on consequences at that time.

There are many questions about RCCH that pique my interest also. If there was any wrong doing here (seems likely to me but that is just my opinion), I hope the SEC brings the illegal activity to light and holds the guilty parties accountable. I believe the SEC has correctly named Gendarme et al as the defendants and left RCCH (CEO Gene Newton) as the victim in this case.
