I would think a small company with 10 employees (that I am aware of) can't go on indefinitely accumulating that kind of debt. Caveat Emptor is not there for no reason. One thing that bothers me, before we were provided with financials, we were told that the company is "healthy" (whatever that was supposed to mean). Obviously with $8 mil in accumulated losses, we weren't being told anything that was representative of Identa's bottom line. It was probably just another tale that you can add to the pile.
