Again, even the DTCC can NOT tell a broker to remove them.. LOL. The can tell the bropker to give them a count, and if wanted to, contact the share holder and as if they would like to be removed as worthless for taxes, but they are NOT allowed to tell them to Remove them with out customer approval.
