Understand your post where you are saying Liberty is ELCR Jerog and appreciate the post. However, I am not reading that. It does not say 100% ownership of Liberty, which is ELCR. So I am trying not to react angrily if we got screwed on this. So is Spaniak (who is questionable to begin with)doing a R/M with Liberty (a subsidiary) of ELCR screwing us the shareholders?
Also, I read F28 as saying that it is part of the R/M, so that cash flow will transfer to the new company which is a good thing. My main concern now is, is ELCR a part of the R/M. Second, is there going to be a R/S because I only see an issuance of 100 million shares of the new company and ELCR has over 6 Billion issued. Holding my breath the working person gets a chance to do well on this one, and we didn't get screwed by Spaniak(whom so many have said is basically a weasel). NOW we have to get clarity and dodge the R/M subsidiary bullet, and the R/S bullet.
I have been posting on here for at least 8 months IF not a year, that I saw a R/M forming. Now though, I am wondering if we are getting the short end of the stick. Thanks for sharing Jerog. GOOD LUCK to all!
