Atrinsic + Omnicom DD 3/12 MUST READ
After digging into your Omnicom lead more, here are the results I have turned up:
1. It appears that Omnicom is buying up several of Search Engine Marketing/Online Advertising companies and are creating somewhat of an empire in the industry..

2. These guys have $$$$ - Market Cap estimated 13.38B (yes, BILLION)

3. Omnicom is a force to be reckoned with and is globally recognized as an industry leader

4. They are all over the new facebook advertising platform

5. Omnicom is already in cahoots with Kenshoo

6. At the Search Insider Summit next month Aaron Goldman (Chief Marketing Officer - Kenshoo), Alan Osetek (President - Resolution Media a.k.a. Omnicom), and none other than David Rifkin himself (Vice President of Search - Atrinsic) are all set to be on the same panel (moderated by Aaron Goldman of Kenshoo

In my opinion, #6 is monumental. The fact that execs from both atrinsic and kenshoo are scheduled to be on the same panel(Aaron Goldman is technically the moderator but i'm betting that he will be just as involved in the discussion as the other two) as the president of Resolution Media (aka Omnicom) is a major hint towards at the very least, to a very profitable future for Atrinsic. At best, a MAJOR buyout of Atrinsic and Kenshoo by Omnicom. This would be huge and for BIG $$$. This last paragraph is purely speculation of course, but the articles above paint an interesting picture and leave much to the imagination.
