Art - I woukld like to hear the poss negatives too. Can the SEC say.. that thier will be no buy back on the open market.. or can the MM give .08 / share formally??

Also, I do not understand why MM's are selling any shares @ this point. i would think they need to increase pps until sellers are motivated? I mean, I don't think the SEC would say buy back all shares .. when SACM is the only one to blame.. so couldn't the other MM's play SACM or the 3rd party MM against one another.

I mean if the SEC makes them do this.. I'm sure there's an associated time frame as well.

Thoughts on cons as well as pros welcome. I mean.. this could move into .20's rather quick IMO.
