I think there are some here who knew Birthday Slam would never be bought by Facebook and just waited for the announcement to make good on their shorts. Also shorts had no idea that another Letter would be signed in the same 8-K. I think that's why the doom and gloomers are here. Shorts are now locked in!!! ooops!!
