go to your mailbox and click on "my profile"

then go to where your picture would be and click "edit profile image"

then click choose file, then select your file.. then click upload

then when it uploads you can mark as default or not

also you will get to codes.. one will have "{chart]" in it... copy and paste that into any post and it will embed the picture in the post
