I want FACTS, SHOW me PROOF of WHICH company is going to JV with MMTE ???? Not guesses or speculations, PROOF and FACTS !

SHOW me PROOF of WHICH company is BUYING OUT MMTE ? NOT guesses or speculation, just the PROOF and FACTS ?
SHOW me PROOF and FACTS of how much LITHIUM is in the ACTUAL concession that MMTE owns, NOT what someone 20 YEARS ago CLAIM it HAD, SHOW me the PROOF of what is in the concession RIGHT NOW. Some company may have already "WORKED" those areas dry !
