I've been thinking about the 8-K for about an hour. Most of the Birthday Slam momo was made up by IHUB members. It was a new start up with basically no income. Facebook never made any indication of interest in owning Birthday Slam. It all sounded good but never was there any known action by Facebook. So....now we are looking at Kool Telecom.... something everyone can use with apps ready to go. There must have been a reason for all this. IMO it's about making money. I have a feeling that by Monday morning many here will have a better feeling about the direction of this company and future revenues.
