In the first round of financing, Clipper Explorations has agreed to lend to DHS Holding, Co. $250,000.00 for the purpose of securing the 40-acre parcel of land now known as Cenote Falls.

Now in terms of a bank, the land would be collateral. I don't know the particulars you linked, but that's how my bidness past worked. When I built houses the land was collateral, and the bank loaned 80% of the appraised value of the house I was building.

In Seema's model, and GB's (I assume, VSPC hasn't said) they want to build a power plant on a plantation growing GKG.

VSPC could do the same thing as their own project developer. If they follow the model I laid out, I will speak HIGHLY of Karl, and may even make a video for FREE praising the move. My guess is any financing will be toxic so I will take my SHORT position.
