Q - Thanks again, your answers are very clear and straight forward.
However, when I asked "What is the dollar amount of ASCC sale?"
I meant: Were they sold for 3, 5, 7 or $10 million dollars for example?

A - We think they are getting about $5 mill. That's our best guess.
Next week may be a nice surprise in the store. When they sell its
