But arrested "twice" in the last 9 years?

And both times were for breaking laws that any responsible driver is expected to obey. If he can't abide by simple things like this then how can he be trusted to run a public company?

I asked this before but how long has Almirall been involved with EMAX/ MPIX? Surely someone knows.
