Brendan because the objection was submitted on time it has to go to a hearing by law, regardless of merit. Only way it can go away is If Hennis withdraws or if he doesn't show for the prehearing. Otherwise, it has to be heard by MLRB and they will decide whether it's junk or not. Just the way it is unfortunately... Best of luck to all of us though and have a great weekend.
