CUBE,

Management has been away at the Coal Mine since last Wednesday -
returning on Monday.

They are completing the final Audit on the Coal Mine this week which will then be filed and published. This Audit is the final step of the ownership acquisition commitments. After it's done, nothing ahead but blue sky. Even major Chinese Business Organizations are interested in becoming customers.

News on this Audit and many other progress steps will definitely be coming out very soon and then this decline will be see a recovery.
