It doesn't matter as to the stock price but it matters as far as those that are insinuating the company is diluting the share price lower. If they are diluting, then I agree with the negative posts. At this point without an answer to the dilution question, I can only fault the company for not producing anything but "letters of intent". However, they have now actually gotten a couple of real agreements. Now they need to finalize more agreements and show some revenue.

It's too easy for people on a message board to say the stock price is due to "dilution" or "evil shorters" or whatever. I just like to see some proof.
