So, They hired a Secretary as CTO with no degree ( No Mention of a Masters or Doctorate from a University to back up her qualifications).She might have 25 years experience in the biz But was she a decision Maker and a DEAL MAKER?..Would you as a shareholder support this?.IMHO, They probably hired her to answer calls in their new office...GLTA
